Hi could you tell me what age you would consider for a junior membership?
My son is 14 and wanting to build up muscle for his swimming and boxing.
If you could tell me your membership prices too that would be great

Hi Caroline,
14 is the perfect age really! Most of our junior members are aged between 13 and 15! It’s £5 per session or we do a junior membership which is £30 per month. Most juniors start in the 7pm sessions but they seem to manage perfectly well in our main strength and conditioning classes too, if he was after a more varied schedule 😊
