£25.00 per session. Block booking £225 for 10.

    Hi, I’m really interested in starting some personal training sessions for weight loss and muscle gain. I’m 10 months postnatal, and loved going to the gym before COVID and having my baby. But I’ve lost all my confidence in and out of the gym.
    Just wondering if this is something you could help with? Thank you
